Job Description:
Due to a period of impressive growth and expansion, my forward-thinking client based outside Wrotham is looking to recruit a dynamic accounts assistant with experience of credit control. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working to specific deadlines you will play a hugely important role in the continued success of this company.
This role will involve credit control but also getting involved with purchase ledger, sales ledger, prepayments and accruals, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also gain that exposure within management accounts. A confident approach is essential with the ability to work on your own but also a willingness to offer solutions and improvements to the current systems.
It is imperative that you have strong Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables. You must be reliable, highly numerate and methodical in prioritising your workload with a high degree of discretion as you will be working with confidential information. Previous experience is essential, as is the attitude to succeed and progress.
This is an office based role and study support could be offered for the right candidate.
