Key Responsibilities:
*Management of client property portfolio
*Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of service charge incomes and expenditures
*Management of cash-flow and funding
*Attend external client meetings
*Oversee the upkeep of property & leases data on financial systems
*Ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met and adhered too
*Assisting with Ad Hoc tasks when neccessary
Person Specific
*Being a strong and self motivated individual
*Ideally possessing a strong technical report background
*Strong excel skills is a must
*Strong experience of stakeholder management
*AAT qualified or QBE
