Inbound Sales Executive

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries:
*Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding our product range.
*Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, answering customer questions and addressing concerns.
Sales Conversion:
*Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and guide them through the sales process.
*Effectively upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
*Convert leads into sales by building trust and delivering excellent service.
Order Processing:
*Accurately record customer information and order details in the CRM system.
*Ensure that all order details are correct, including contact name, billing information, and shipping details.
*Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and resolve any order-related issues.
Customer Relationship Management:
*Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the buying journey.
*Follow up with customers after sales, addressing any post-sale questions or concerns.
Product Knowledge:
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Street Solutions UK products and services.
Problem-Solving:
*Identify potential issues with customer orders, delivery, or product
*specifications, and provide quick, effective resolutions.
*Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Collaborate with Sales Team:
*Work closely with the wider sales team to share insights, improve processes, and achieve sales targets.
*Support outbound sales activities when needed.

Skills:
*Fluent in English, both written and verbal
*Proficient computer skills - excel preferred
*Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
*Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
*Ability to sell products or services by understanding customer needs and presenting
*solutions
*Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
*Basic math skills for processing orders, calculating discounts, and handling payments
*Confident with speaking to customers on the phone
