Receptionist
Based in Shoreham-by-Sea, £22k, part-time position working Monday, Wednesday and Friday
This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, working on the front desk in a prestigious legal firm which is commercially driven, while ensuring clients are properly looked after. You will be part of the reception team, where you will be providing an immaculate service to colleagues, clients and visitors, supporting them with any problems which may arise. They are looking for a friendly individual who can help ensure that the desk runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional service to clients, visitors and colleagues whether this be in person or via email/over the phone
* Ensure that all collaborative spaces and meetings rooms are well kept and to a high standard
* Be precise and thorough when checking and putting through client payment
* Perform all reception duties promptly and in a timely manner
* To understand the importance of confidentiality when dealing with documents and clients
* Perform Health and Safety responsibilities
* Receive and examine documentation and ID
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent communication skills
* Carries a professional and welcoming demeanour
* Flexible work approach with the ability to multi-task
* Strong Microsoft Office Suit skills/experience
* Good problem solving, organisation and planning skills
