Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Senior Marketing Executive for a software company based near Newport.
 
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 1-2 days per week, working in a marketing team of 3. There is a clear progression plan for this role to become a Marketing Manager role in the future.  
 
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded and can focus on lead generation to achieve revenue goals. They are currently a small team but have ambitious growth plans so you would need to be extremely agile with a growth mindset.
 
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Senior Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:
*Take responsibility for the marketing function of the business, including digital marketing
*Create marketing materials for the wider business, focusing on customer needs, supporting with slide decks for new and existing customers
*Grow inbound leads to the website and encourage customers to engage
*Create and manage targeted email campaigns to customers
*Email campaigns, landing pages, copywriting, website management, case studies webinars and advertising
*Work alongside a junior content writer who manages social media, and a graphic designer and over time, manage the team and marketing strategy
 
Skills & experience required.
*3 years’ experience in a digital marketing-based role, focused on demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
*Experience in an all-round marketing role and happy to get involved with all aspects
*Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and improving campaign performance.
*Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
