Your new role

This regulatory/health and safety lawyer role will see you join an established team to handle cases involving health & safety, criminal, environmental, CQC and other regulatory prosecutions. You will also advise on matters involving criminal and professional regulatory sanctions for individuals and will attend at inquests.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a regulatory/health and safety lawyer with 2+ years’ pqe. With a well rounded skill set, you should have good communication skills.
