Job Description:
Position: School Human Resources and Administration Officer
Location: North London Primary School
Start Date: January 2025 - March/April 2025
Working Hours: 08.30-16.30
Are you a meticulous and organized professional with a passion for HR and payroll administration? Join a dynamic school team and play a crucial role in maintaining comprehensive staff records and supporting the School Business Manager (SBM) with the payroll system.
In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of payroll information. You will provide detailed updates on sickness, absence returns, and new staff employee information to the SBM. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing staff data maintenance, such as absences, leave, and disciplinary issues, and generating staffing reports from the Management Information System (Arbor).
We are looking for someone who can maintain the DBS register, ensuring all necessary checks are in place and renewed as required. You will conduct thorough background checks and take responsibility for maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR). Your collaboration with school leadership will be vital in preparing for Ofsted inspections, contributing to our "Outstanding" rating.
