Role Responsibilities *Leading statutory audits and independent examinations from planning to completion
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members throughout the audit process
*Preparing standalone and consolidated statutory accounts, typically in accordance with FRS102 and Charity SORP
*Drafting corporation tax returns and preparing non-audited accounts
*Handling specialist audits, including solicitor rules and charity audits
*Reporting directly to the audit manager and partner

Candidate Requirements *ACA, ACCA, or AAT qualification, or be qualified by experience
*Corporate tax return preparation and accounts preparation experience in an accountancy practice
*A working knowledge of software such as CCH Audit Automation, CCH Accounts, Xero, SAGE 50, and SAGE Business Cloud (preferred but not essential)
*Strong communication, administration, and organisational skills
*A flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
