The Role:
*You will join a collaborative team consisting of two partners, another associate and paralegals
*You will work on a diverse range of contentious IP matters and have the opportunity to support existing clients while contributing to the growth of new business opportunities
Responsibilities:
*Managing a caseload across patent, trademark, design right, and copyright litigation
*Advising on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including licences and IP audits
*Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tailored client solutions
*Conducting legal research and preparing court documents and correspondence
*Engaging in business development initiatives to foster client relationships
What we’re Looking For:
*Newly qualified to 2 years PQE (consideration given to candidates with up to 4/5 years PQE)
*Strong technical and analytical skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving
*Interest or experience in working across a range of scientific and technical topics
*Proactive and professional with excellent client engagement capabilities
