Job Description:
Operations Executive - Required for this luxury DMC based in the Shrewsbury/Telford area. Office based, salary around 27k plus bonus and benefits, Ideally travel industry experience but they are open .
Operations executives duties
-Managing the clients booking once payment has been taken by the sales team
-Confirming Accommodation, tour guides, transportation, attractions, restaurants, attractions and experiences
-With great accuracy inputting travel details
- Providing end to end client support, before, during and after the trip
-Negotiate favourable terms with the companies partners
-Handling customer complaints and crisis situations
Operations executive skills required
-Ideally you will have worked in the travel industry, be it in reservations, operations, administration etc
-Passion for the UK
-Attention to detail
-Strong negotiating skills
-Very strong customer service skills
Additional information
-office based role, Monday to Friday, after probation the option to work 1 day a week from home
-22 days holidays plus bank holidays, bonus scheme, pension and discounted holidays
