A thriving, independent multi-disciplinary practice with over 40 years of success is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Berkshire-based office.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor aiming to work on high-profile projects, including major insurance claims, while enjoying a clear pathway for career progression within a supportive and growing business.
The Successful Senior Building Surveyor’s Role The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a collaborative team and take on a diverse workload across residential and commercial properties.
This role includes providing expert advice and delivering both professional services and project management tasks, with a focus on major insurance claims and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: *Deliver a comprehensive range of building surveying services to clients.
*Lead on both pre- and post-contract tasks, including defect analysis, design, and contract administration.
*Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
*Collaborate with colleagues to foster team success and professional growth.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor *MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
*Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification.
*Proven experience in delivering both professional services and project management.
*Experience within residential property surveying (advantageous).
*Self-motivated, commercially aware, and client-focused.
In Return? *Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
