We are currently looking for a Process Improvement and Product Specialist to join our ARMS® Claims Services team based in Aldershot. Alongside your colleagues you will support our team of over 400 employees by ensuring our programmes and software run efficiently and assisting with the testing, implementation and delivery of new technology. You will utilise your project management skills to drive our strategic plans to fruition and play a crucial part in supporting our existing and future operations.

 In this role, you will be assisting process optimisation initiatives and working closely with the product development team. You will collaborate with many teams, identify areas for process improvement, and support strategies to improve operational excellence, optimal product performance, and enhance customer and claims outcomes.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
This role will be predominantly based in Aldershot, Hampshire with the option for Hybrid working.
Aldershot sits on the Hampshire/Surrey border and can be found just off the M3. There are also great public transportation links to local areas such as Guildford, Woking and London. The team currently works hybrid with a home/office split.
Responsibilities
Process Improvement:
*Identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, or gaps in existing processes.
*Analyse process data, metrics, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate return on investment.
*Assist the Process Manager in developing and implementing process improvement strategies
*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements
*Provide effective communication of process changes to the wider business
Product Management:
*Gather and prioritise product requirements based on employee feedback.
*Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to support product and change releases.
*Monitor product performance, completing post implementation reviews of product changes to help quantify ROI.
Collaboration:
*Work closely with various teams, including the Corporate IT Team, Repair Operations, Insurer work providers and rental operations to support large scale process implementation.
*Encourage a door is always open culture with knowledge sharing across departments and Innovation at the forefront.
*Support all legs of the relay in Product usage and operational excellence.
Documentation and Reporting:
*Maintain detailed documentation of processes, work-flows, and product specifications.
*Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
*Experience or working in the motor claims or insurance industry preferred but not essential.
*Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Self-motivated and results oriented.
*Experience of using Canva and Visio would be advantageous.
