Senior Manager - Regulatory Reporting

Your Role: Driving Excellence in Regulatory Reporting
As a key member of our Regulatory Reporting team, you will:
*Lead improvements in processes, documentation, and controls for COREP capital and liquidity returns submitted to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).
*Collaborate across Finance, Risk, and Treasury to deliver accurate, compliant regulatory returns such as PRA110, LCR, COREP, and statistical reports.
*Play a vital role in implementing changes mandated by external regulations, ensuring seamless transitions from project phases to business-as-usual operations.
*Identify opportunities for enhancements in our regulatory processes and prioritize their implementation.
*Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into IRB project developments and performing user acceptance testing.
*Foster a high-performance culture within your team, inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their potential through coaching, development, and regular feedback.
Why You? *You have detailed knowledge of prudential regulations and proven experience in regulatory reporting.
*Your Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are advanced, and you bring strong procedural and technical controls expertise.
*You’re a natural communicator, skilled at building relationships across departments and presenting complex information clearly.
*You’re adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments where precision and timeliness are paramount.
*You hold an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.

*Any experience with Alteryx or similar tools is a plus!
