We’re working with a Public Sector organization that is looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the procurement strategy for Adult Social Care, Public Health, or Construction categories.

Description
*Take charge of procurement activities across key service areas, including Adult Social Care, Public Health, and Construction.
*Manage high-value tenders, frameworks, and smaller-scale procurement projects.
*Ensure compliance with Public Contracts Regulations and council policies.
*Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
*Identify and manage risks throughout the procurement process, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Profile
A successful Interim Senior Procurement Officer should have:
*Experience in the Adult Social Care or Construction categories.
*In-depth knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations and procurement frameworks.
*Proven ability to manage tenders and other procurement methods efficiently.
Job Offer
*A day rate of £400 a day.
*Remote position (1 day a month in the office).
*3-month temporary position with potential for extension.
*37 hours per week.
