Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a People Operation Executive to join their team.
Location: London/Bromley

Job Type: 1 year FTC

People Operation Executive – The Role:
To provide comprehensive People Administration and assistance to the HR and Ops team across all aspects of HR. Working closely with the People Team to ensure a high quality of HR Service is delivered to the business. This role will be adding resource into the key areas that take up time for the people team.
We are seeking an immediate start, with a contract period from January 2025 to December 2025
People Operation Executive – Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to pick up with members of the team in respect of the life cycle of all employees
- Onboarding new employees - administer starter processes including all documentation
- Assist with the induction process when new employees join
- Able to assist with Performance management matters
- HR policies and compliance orientation
- Ensuring IT equipment and phones have been allocated
- General leaver processes including exit interview, confirmation letter, account revocation forms and collecting of IT Equipment
- Completing reference requests for ex-employees and returning them to the sender
- Work alongside the People Director with regards to the Trust Payments Real Estate and any new office relocation or refurbishments
People Operation Executive – You:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
- Strong IT skills, skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel packages
- Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
- Exposure to HR and HR operations experience is a requirement
- Being proactive: Taking initiative to identify and solve problems
- Adaptability: Willingness to step outside your defined role when necessary
- Can-do attitude: Approaching tasks with positivity and motivation, even when faced with obstacles
- Problem solving: Being ready to tackle issues head-on, using creative thinking and practical skills to find solutions
- Dedication to results: Focusing on getting the job done efficiently and effectively
- Teamwork: Being willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 desirable
