We’re looking for a talented Financial Systems Support & Reporting Specialist to join a vibrant team. As a key member of our Financial Systems team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and delivering cutting-edge finance technology projects. You’ll help shape the future of our financial systems and reporting by implementing new ideas, improving existing processes, and enhancing overall business performance.
What You’ll Do:
*Create and implement new financial reporting methods to support efficient and timely management reporting across the business.
*Generate reports from a variety of systems such as Elite Enterprise, Aderant Expert/Expert Sierra, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI.
*Handle routine tasks and prepare scheduled reports as needed.
*Assist with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
*Propose and implement technical improvements to streamline reporting and make processes easier to use.
*Review, document, and improve financial system processes and procedures.
*Collaborate with teams across departments to enhance overall business efficiency.
*Develop and lead training sessions on financial system processes and best practices.
*Participate in team, project, and other meetings to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
*Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to ongoing learning and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and T-SQL/SQL Server Management Studio.
*Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
*A proactive communicator who can effectively liaise with team members at all levels.
*Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
*Familiarity with systems like Elite Enterprise, Aderant Expert/Expert Sierra, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI is highly desirable.
