Job Description:
The Michael Page public sector finance team are in search of a skilled Finance Manager to join a successful team to take responsibility for the planning and reporting of the company’s financial position, reporting to the Financial Controller.

Description
*Lead the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
*Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
*Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasting exercises.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial procedures.
*Manage and mentor the finance team to foster their professional growth.
*Work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial advice.
*Communicate financial information to non-financial managers within the company.
*Drive continuous improvement in the finance function.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A recognised qualification in Accounting or a related field.
*Proven experience in a similar role.
*Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
*Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
*A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
*Excellent communication skills, able to relay complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Job Offer
*A competitive salary up to £52,000 per year
*28 Days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 5 years service
