**What You Will Do:**
- Develop a clear, aligned enterprise roadmap for e-business development, aiming to achieve future business outcomes while reducing technical debt.
- Plan strategic options through identification, analysis, and evaluation, presenting proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Establish an e-business community to develop plans and align with architectural best practices.
- Support the wider Customer Domain in all areas of e-business, helping to unblock issues and provide thought leadership.
- Work in partnership on Salesforce technical products and capabilities, ensuring strong alignment with strategies.
- Occasionally travel to UK sites, fostering collaboration and innovation across the company.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Proven experience in e-commerce/e-business strategy, design, and implementation.
- A track record of managing digital transformation and rationalising multiple legacy systems within a complex, global organisation.
- Demonstrable digital product leadership experience, having delivered and managed large platform products.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Background in the automotive industry or other complex product industries, and experience dealing with both B2B and B2C models.
