The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for a Bank Housing Support Officer in Broughty Ferry. Immediate start with a start date of 16/12/2024

Pay: £13.54 Per Hour

Location: Broughty Ferry

Hours: Will be a mix of Day Shift, Back Shift and Night Shift. Part time and Full time positions available

Duties:


*Respond to residents who may be feeling poorly, and medical attention might be required
*Security of the building, internal and external checks
*Responsible as a lone working job
*Basic domestic tasks


Requirements:
*Has experience working within Housing Support
*Flexible with shifts
*Has an SVQ 2 in House, Support Work or equivalent
*Can undergo a PVG check
*A good team player, good communicator, approachable, reliable and resilient
*Good listening skills
*Great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations
