Job Description:
A South Nottingham based manufacturing company are seeking an experienced office Administrator with SAP or similar system experience to join their team as an SAP Administrator.
As an SAP Administrator you will be responsible for collating and maintaining all the data relevant to current and new clients so it is accurate and up to date. You will work alongside other departments such as Sales, Marketing to obtain the new data.
This role will suit you if you have previous experience in an office based administration role where accurate data collection was highly important.
Details:
*Salary of £27k - £30k (dependent on experience)
*Hybrid working - approx. 50/50 office to home and flex start time in office (Tues and Wed are full office days)
*Annual Bonus Scheme (up to 5%)
*25 Days Holidays plus bank holidays
*Plus, other benefits, and there is also a small on-site gym and subsidised canteen
Key responsibilities of SAP Administrator:
*Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and quality of Customer Master Data in SAP
*Provide data analysis to maintain SAP accuracy relating to other departments
*Perform periodic reports to identify and resolve blank data fields etc
*Identify areas for data quality improvements through system or process changes
*Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Pricing and Marketing depts to support initiatives, projects, and programs
*Ability to manage multiple activities and requests to support business priorities
Qualifications and skills required of SAP Administrator
*Ideally 2+ years of related experience
*Proficient in MS Office Programs, Excel, Word, & Power Point
*Ideally hold SAP or similar software experience
*Strong communication skills – listening, verbal and written
*Strong attention to detail and time management skills
