Job Description:
Temporary Customer Service Administrator We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding business just outside of York seeking motivated individuals for temporary support. This role offers competitive pay and has a high potential to become a permanent position based on the project’s success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team. WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW *£11.79 per hour
*Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*Outskirts of York - Office based with free parking
*Ongoing role
A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY *Manage inbound and outbound customer calls relating to orders and product queries
*Processing of orders
*Data input and maintenance
*Follow procedures and deadlines including fully documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system
*Liaising with 3rd party partners to ensure timely deliveries
*Other office duties as and when required
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase: *Minimum 1 year in administration or phone-based customer service.
*Confident phone manner, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, switched-on approach.
*Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems efficiently.
