Company Secretarial Manager Location: Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom
Job Type: Permanent £75,000 - £85,000 pa depending on experience
Remote Work Option: Hybrid
Our Watford area based client, a reputable firm, is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in Watford. This role offers excellent flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
About the Role As a Company Secretarial Manager, you will:
*Advise on company secretarial matters.
*Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth department operations.
*Oversee statutory registers and ensure compliance.
*Collaborate on SEIS and EIS applications.
*Handle complex corporate actions and filings.
*Assist with amendments to articles of association and filings.
*Prepare dividend paperwork and basic forms.
*Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
*Collaborate on client onboarding and KYC reviews.
*Build relationships with stakeholders.
About You The ideal Company Secretarial Manager candidate will have:
*Strong technical expertise in a company secretarial role.
*Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm ideally legal or accountancy arena
*ICSA Fellow or equivalent qualification.
*Good understanding of company secretarial administration and the Companies Act 2006.
*Excellent compliance knowledge around client onboarding, AML, and KYC.
*Proficiency in relevant software and advanced Excel skills.
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
*Commercial mindset with flexibility and professionalism.
