Your Responsibilities
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:
*Manage cases involving will disputes, Inheritance Act claims and estate challenges or defences
*Provide expert guidance in disputes concerning trustee actions, deputyship issues, financial abuse and professional negligence claims
