Job Description:
Job Title: Hospital Maintenance
Location: Magna House, Main Road, Anwick, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 9SJ
Rate Of Pay: £14 Per Hour (£27,040 Per Year) + Overtime
Shift Patterns: 40hrs a Week
Information about the Role:
Working as a Hospital Maintenance for Magna House, your duties will include the following:
*Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
*Performing preventative maintenance.
*Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
*Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
*Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
*Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
*Taking apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
*Checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary.
*Using common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
*Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
Necessary Experience or Qualifications:
Someone who has a real passion for maintenance and high-quality work.
*Proven maintenance experience.
*Must be a Driver with a Current and Valid Driving License.
*Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
*Have the right to the work in the UK.
*Good working knowledge of industry legislation and safe practices.
*Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
