Your Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
*Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files with supervision
*Handle all stages of conveyancing transactions, including: *Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Leasehold extensions
*Re-financing and re-mortgaging
*Affordable housing matters
*Transfers of equity

*Deliver outstanding service to a network of valued clients

*A skilled Conveyancer with experience managing conveyancing files from inception to post-completion
*A client-focused professional with a commitment to high standards
*Strong knowledge of residential property law and the ability to work effectively in a team
