Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Community Neuro/Stroke Team at Alexandra Health Centre. This role involves providing specialized care to patients recovering from neurological conditions or strokes in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions or recovering from strokes.
*Provide physiotherapy interventions to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
*Offer education and advice to patients, families, and carers to support recovery and independence.
*Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with professional standards.
Requirements:
*Honours degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
*Registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
*Clinical supervisory skills.
*Experience working in a community setting.
*Previous experience in neuro or stroke teams.
