Are you a meticulous and professional housekeeper with a passion for delivering 5-star service? We are seeking an experienced Residential Housekeeper to join our team at a prestigious luxury residential building. This is an opportunity to work in an exclusive environment where attention to detail and high standards are paramount.
What does this role entail?
This role requires maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across show apartments, void apartments, and the sales office. Duties include deep cleaning, preparing spaces for viewings, and ensuring areas are immaculate and welcoming, following specific guidelines and using specialist products.
You will oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the sales office, ensuring kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas are well-stocked, organised, and meeting-ready. Tasks include watering plants, restocking supplies, and maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities also include setting up and closing down show apartments to create an inviting ambiance, preparing void apartments for viewings, and ensuring all systems like lighting and Crestron are functional. Additional duties include managing marketing inventory, preparing sales giveaways, and promptly reporting maintenance issues.
A polished and professional appearance is essential to reflect the building’s luxury standards.
Working Hours: *Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
*Flexibility may be required around viewing appointments.
Candidate Requirements: *Proven housekeeping experience in a luxury or high-standard environment.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
*Professional, polite, and approachable demeanour.
*Self-motivated, proactive, with excellent organisational skills.
*Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
*Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
