My client is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join one of the most impressive Corporate Finance teams in East Anglia.
A highly regarded Accountancy Firm based in Cambridge with a well established, growing Corporate Finance team.
Your Role:
*Prepare valuation reports, financial models, and due diligence documentation for small to mid-market deals.
*Assist with litigious matters, expert evidence preparation, and completion procedures like cash and net debt analysis.
*Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, legal documents, and market research to support valuations, M&A, and advisory engagements.
*Build strong client relationships, often leading meetings independently, while promoting the Corporate Finance team and its services.
*Drive team development by sharing best practices and industry insights gained through training and experience.
Your profile:
*ACA qualified or CFA qualification.
*Experience in working in a client-facing role with SME / owner-managed businesses and an understanding of the factors impacting their operations
