A Part-time Senior HR Advisor to:
* Provide expert HR advice to line managers and staff

*Partner with key stakeholders
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

*Support the HR team in actioning the strategic plan, organisation strategy and EDI strategy
* Promote best HR practices within the organisation

* Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

* Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution

* Assist in the creation and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

* Comply with all regulations and legislation related to HR

Profile
A Part-time Senior HR Advisor with:
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and legislation

*Able to start immediately
*Working knowledge of HR systems and processes
*Able to develop and design policies, procedures and training workshops on a variety of HR matters
*Working knowledge of, and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
