*Drive branch profitability, consistently meeting and exceeding financial goals.
*Oversee team performance through regular reviews, one-on-ones, and morning meetings.
*Achieve goals through strategic leadership, planning, and effective team direction.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
*Proven experience in estate agency with a strong customer service background.
*Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets with a determined, resilient attitude.
*Exceptional team management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
*Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm.
*High standards of professionalism, service, and presentation.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Creative, proactive approach to drive market growth.
*Valid driver’s license, insurance for business use, and legal right to work in the UK.
On-Target Earnings: £50K+
