Job Description:
Kinects leading Property client have a number of opportunities across their Leeds, Birmingham and London offices for Land Referencers to join an Infrastructures team.
This is an opportunity to join the market leading infrastructure team and support some of the country’s biggest infrastructure schemes. These include Renewables, Transport, Utilities and Regeneration. They provide robust land referencing services to clients, following strict methodologies and diligent enquiry to support access to land and statutory applications for development consent. Such as Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders, Hybrid Bill and Transport and Works Act Orders.

You will have ideally gained a degree qualification (or equivalent) ideally in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in geography/planning along with proven experience within the production of books of reference, order plans, notices, and schedules. An understanding of elements of land referencing such as tenures of land or familiarity with Land Registry and the ability to use or understand GIS systems would be beneficial. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are key to this role.
