Residential Property Solicitor (10+ PQE) - Tier 1 Legal 500
Location:Oxfordshire
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a top-tier Legal 500 firm in Oxfordshire. This is a key role supporting a growing Residential team, handling a diverse caseload and ensuring clients receive excellent service.
The successful candidate will work with a variety of clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals, managing complex property transactions and providing timely, high-quality advice.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload, including Sale & Purchase, Shared Ownership, and Transfers of Equity.
*Oversee exchanges, completions, and legal document negotiations.
*Draft documents such as Leases, Transfers, and Reports on Title.
*Build and maintain relationships with referrers, agents, and introducers.
*Respond to client queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
*Minimum 10 years PQE with a broad range of conveyancing experience.
*Expertise in Sale & Purchase, Freehold, Leasehold, and New Build transactions.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to manage workloads, identify potential issues, and maintain confidentiality.
