Corporate Senior Associate, Basingstoke
  
Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Corporate and Commercial Senior Associate (2-6PQE)  to join a regional long established firm in Basingstoke
  
This is a great opportunity for a Corporate and Commercial  Senior Solicitor who is looking to be part of the firm and team’s growth. This firm has grown from strength to strength and champions diversity and inclusion.

Duties and responsibilities of the ideal candidate:

*You can expect to work son a broad range of matters including commercial contracts, company formations, IP, M&A and restructurings. 
*You will be actively involved in business development
*You will work collaboratively with other team members
*You will be given every opportunity to develop your legal career

About You
*You will be a 2-6 PQE Solicitor in Corporate or Commercial law.
*You will work well as part of a team and on your own
*You will be hard working with a can-do attitude
*Strong communicator
*Keen on business development
