*Full time, Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) with occasional weekend work

*£27,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience

The Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the management of residential properties, acting as the primary contact for landlords and tenants. From coordinating repairs to ensuring compliance with legislation, your role will be essential in maintaining smooth property operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage repair requests, liaise with contractors, obtain quotes, arrange appointments, follow up on works, and maintain repair logs.
*Conduct property visits, prepare inspection reports, and assist with tenant check-ins and check-outs.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, stay updated on legislation, and manage compliance documentation.
*Some administrative duties such as preparing ASTS will be required at times.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking an organised, communicative, personable, and proactive individual with a passion for property management. About you:
*Proven experience in property management or lettings (minimum 1 year).
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
*Problem-solving skills for handling disputes and complaints.
*IT proficiency, including property management software and Microsoft Office.
*Knowledge of lettings regulations and property maintenance.
*A full UK driving license and access to your own car with insurance covering business use.
*ARLA Propertymark qualification or similar certification and experience with property management software (e.g., ALTO or PropertyFile) is desirable.
