*Spearhead the growth and strategy of the employment law department.
*Provide expert advice to top-tier clients on complex employment issues including disputes, workforce restructures and compliance.
*Handle landmark tribunal cases and high-profile employment litigation.
*Collaborate across international offices to provide seamless, cross-border solutions.
*Take a leading role in business development, expanding the firm’s client base and influence.

REQUIREMENTS
*A seasoned employment law specialist with 9+ years PQE, currently holding a Partner role at a recognised firm.
*Well-versed in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with expertise in advising on complex cases including TUPE, high-value disputes and strategic workforce management.
*A proven leader with a track record of driving team performance and delivering client-focused solutions.
*Skilled in business development, with a strong network and the ability to attract and retain high-calibre clients.
*Commercially astute, able to balance legal excellence with practical, business-oriented advice.
*Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a vision for growing an employment practice and influencing its future direction.
*Known for your professionalism, innovation and ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
