Your Key Responsibilities *End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the seamless flow of goods, from supplier sourcing to customer delivery, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost control.
*Procurement Excellence: Lead supplier contract negotiations, secure favourable terms, and maintain strategic vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
*Inventory Optimisation: Oversee inventory planning, ensuring the balance between stock availability and storage efficiency.
*Supplier Collaboration: Develop partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
*Operational Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to streamline procurement and logistics operations.
*Compliance & Standards: Ensure all supply chain processes meet legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
*Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
