Job Description:
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in the smooth running and provide a comprehensive support to their legal team. Your duties will include document preparation, managing correspondence, typing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy.
*Schedule and confirm appointments, court dates, and meetings.
*Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
*Handle confidential information with discretion.
*Assist with client communication and provide excellent customer service.
*Perform general office duties, such as typing, photocopying, and mailing.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role.
*Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
*Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Outstanding communication abilities.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*A certificate or diploma in legal studies is preferred.
