Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Site Manager to join our team at a school in Ilford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school site, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and supervise the maintenance and security of the school premises.
*Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance staff.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
*Respond to emergencies and manage any incidents on site.
*Maintain accurate records and reports related to site management.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a similar site management role, preferably within an educational setting.
*Enhanced DBS check is essential.
*Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
