Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior BMS Engineer who has experience with Energy, to join our client on an iconic building in South East London. For this role, you will be part of a group managing a large team of well experienced maintenance engineers. You will be responsible for management of the BMS and to undertake analysis of the baseload energy usage.
Job Purpose
You will engage with various computer-based systems to analyse, assess, and identify faults in plant and equipment contributing to excessive energy consumption. Additionally, you will manage and perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), respond to reactive maintenance needs, and address extra works or emergencies in compliance with the contract requirements across the specified scope.
Responsibilities
*To identify plant and equipment running outside of normal operating hours, investigate and fix using the BMS system and physical interaction with local control panels.
*To co-ordinate with visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with aspects of the PPM schedules.
*Convey directly with suppliers contracted for support regarding repair works, optimisation
*programmes and fault diagnostics using approved methods.
*Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the set schedules.
*Liaise with subcontractors.

*Up to £45,000
*Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 9pm - 6pm
