Job Description:
Pure have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to work for a great client based in Colchester. 

Main Duties: 
*Creation of new and management of existing business using a variety of means of communication.
*Providing accurate information onto CRM system
*Delivering exceptional customer service
*Providing advice to customers in regards to Travel requirements
*Updating compliance and GDPR documentation 
*Effective management of all detailed information
*Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with client to provide suggestions for improvement
Key Requirements:
*2 years Customer Service experience 
*Sales background
*Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
*A passion for customer service
*Comprehensive computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and Powerpoint 
*Proactive, ambitious and organised 
*A-C GCSE’s in English and Maths
*Excellent telephone manner 
*Great problem solver
*A passion for travel
