Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, On-site

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function. This is a hands-on role, managing the entirety of the marketing strategy and execution without a supporting team. You will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and communicating the value of our products to our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
*Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
*Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various platforms, including website updates, brochures, product catalogues, and social media.
*Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s online presence through SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.
*Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
*Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
*Events and Exhibitions: Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and events.
*Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and presentations.
*Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies.
*Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and other vendors as needed.
Key Requirements
*Proven experience in a standalone marketing role or as a Marketing Manager.
*Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
*Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.
*Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous but not essential.
*Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
*Experience in B2B marketing
