Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal
Location: Bolton
Salary: £24-30k per annum (negotiable and for the level of experience)
Benefits: Hybrid working, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 1-day annual leave for your birthday, Employment engagement days, Attendance bonus.
Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team at a fantastic reputable law firm, based in the centre of Bolton. This is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career with an established, forward thinking law firm.
Duties include:
*Management of own case files
*Raising of enquiries
*Client liaison
*Preparing and drafting legal documents and letters, such as mortgages, sale agreements and trust agreements
*Handling telephone enquiries, making appointments and taking messages
*Producing letters and legal documents, including court forms and statements
*Open and closing files
*Copying, scanning and faxing, including preparation of large court bundles filing and other general administration work
