Export Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
*Manage a selection of key accounts, which involves responding to customers, producing quotations, processing incoming orders and handling complaints
*Identify opportunities to increase profitability within existing accounts
*Monitor the market to identify potential new business opportunities
*Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure they are in line with agreed timescales
*Liaise with the sales team to confirm export sales and purchase orders
*Arrange delivery of goods with shipping lines, hauliers, couriers and freight forwarders
*Produce debit and credit notes
*Maintain an accurate CRM system, updating it with relevant and precise customer and order information
*Send samples and brochures to current customers and prospects
Export Sales Coordinator Skills and Experience:
*This client is open in terms of level of experience, so they would consider a candidate with a wealth of export knowledge or someone with office-based experience looking to make the move into the export industry
*Strong administration skills with keen attention to detail and a systematic approach
*An interest in and understanding of sales would be beneficial
*Excellent organisation skills, able to remain calm under pressure, work to deadlines, and juggle multiple projects
*Skilled communicator, confident liaising across departments and with customers
*Ambitious and able to work on own initiative
