Job Description:
Trinity House Group are working with a highly acquisitive Business who are bolstering their finance function to provide key insight for future decision making. We are seeking an experienced and high-performing FP&A Manager to oversee the financial planning, analysis, and performance management of critical divisions within their business.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic finance professional to make a tangible impact at the divisional level while playing a key role in shaping broader organisational success. You will be responsible for delivering robust financial analysis, insightful reporting, and strategic input to support decision-making and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage all aspects of the division’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
*Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to drive informed decision-making.
*Develop, refine, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
*Partner with divisional leadership teams to challenge assumptions and optimise performance.
*Oversee the preparation of management information packs and executive reports for senior stakeholders.
*Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to drive profitability and efficiency.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial systems and processes.
*Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
About You
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful financial insights. You will bring:
*A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role, preferably within a divisional or business unit context.
*Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
*Strong financial modelling expertise and proficiency with advanced Excel techniques.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
*A proactive, hands-on approach and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
