About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate MFL Teacher for a secondary school in Woking. The ideal candidate will be able to teach Modern Foreign Languages to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential to progress to Key Stage 5 for experienced candidates. Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in MFL to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
*Develop strategies to improve student outcomes and encourage a love for languages.

*Collaborate with other members of the MFL department to share resources, best practices, and enhance curriculum delivery.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and achievement.
*Contribute to whole-school initiatives and attend departmental meetings to promote continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*A degree in MFL or a related field.
*Experience teaching MFL at secondary school level.
*A passion for language education with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
*Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
