Sales Administrator
Location: North Bristol
Salary: £25,000
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00

I am currently looking for a Sales Administrator to work for a small, friendly distributor company in North Bristol.
Driving licence is essential.
The role will be supporting the logistics team, ensuring smooth operations, and driving customer satisfaction.
The position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and sales-related activities. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to handle various aspects of the sales process, such as dealing with delayed parcels, processing credit claims and targeting new clients.
Main duties:
Responding to customer enquiries, provide support for clients, and ensuring all needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all paperwork related to courier services is completed accurately.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with making sales calls.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients and couriers effectively.
Ability to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines to ensure smooth sales operations.
