Job Requirements *Support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion
*Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and Limited companes
*Preparation of corporate tax computations
*Support the wider accounts team, dealing with year-end and ad-hoc issues
*Assist with management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns where required
*Converse clearly and effectively using software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
*Manage own workload, regularly updating Managers with work progress
*Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team

The Successful Applicant *AAT / ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
*Qualified by experience also considered
*Proven track record of leading audit assignments within practice environment
*Strong experience managing a diverse client portfolio
*Good knowledge of audit software including Xero, SAGE 50, SAGE Business Cloud and Microsoft Office
*Experience using Iris suite is desirable, but not essential
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
*A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
*Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team and progress within the firm
*Hands-on attitude towards building client relationships
*Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
*Able to work confidently with senior team members
