Job Purpose *Preparation of letters of engagement and disengagement
*Oversee the boarding and disengagement process for clients
*Monitor the database closely, inputing and archiving data
*Ensure compliance and confidentiality across the portfolio, including legal documentation and other sensitive files
*Preparation of management information, including audit billing summaries
*Assist in the timely and accurate filing of financial statements on behalf of clients
*Support tax staff with commercial matters, including the preparation of tax returns
*Preparation of proposals and year-end quotes
*Review bank audit letter requests and tracking
*Oversee bookkeeping, stationary ordering and general reception duties
*Support with ad-hoc projects and other administratives duties

Job Requirements *AAT qualified is desirable, but not essential
*Strong experience in financial adminisitration
*Excellent working knowledge of relevant software including Iris, SAGE, Xero and Microsoft Office
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Exceptional organisational and time management skills
*A hands-on, can-do attitude towards problem-solving
*Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
*A team player with the ability to mentor and manager other team members
