We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Luton on a temporary basis from January until the end of the academic year.
About the Role As a Geography Teacher, you will:
*Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
*Inspire students to develop a love for Geography and a curiosity about the world.
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
*Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters academic excellence.
*Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities, where possible.
About You The successful candidate will:
*Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
*Have experience teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
*Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
