We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the early years sector.
*Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to candidate placement.
*Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
*Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
*Negotiate contracts, salaries, and fees with both clients and candidates.
*Maintain and update the candidate and client database to ensure accurate records.
*Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within the early years or education sector.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software.
*A proactive and resilient attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
